What has happened to the "Prepare BAS" option under GST?

Hello @gerald-gierer,

Let's perform some browser troubleshooting steps so you can access and prepare your GST payment successfully.

To start with, you can log in to your account via incognito or private window of your browser so we can check if this is related to your current browser or not.

Let me show you how:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl Shift P
  • Internet Explorer: press Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: press Command Shift N

Once you can successfully access your account, you can clear your regular browser's cache so you can start browsing from scratch. However, if the issue persists, you pull up your company using our other supported browsers.

I've got you these article for more insights about GST overview and settings:

Keep me posted in the comment section down below if you have any other questions. I'm always around happy to lend a helping hand.

I have cleared the cache and tried a private browser tab with the same results. The attached screenshot is all I see in Chrome on my Mac.

Hi gerald-gierer,

You will need to first prepare your IAS before you can process any BAS.

The system is designed this way to stay ATO compliant.

Once you have prepared your IAS, the Prepare BAS button will then be available.

Kristian.
