To ensure that the 10% GST is applied to your sales transactions accurately and reflected in the correct category, make sure the GST functionality in your system is properly activated and enabled. This will help ensure that tax calculations are handled correctly and displayed as required.
If the GST is inactive, you must first enable it to ensure it appears on the screen.
Here’s how:
- Navigate to All Apps.
- Select GST.
- Click Settings.
- Choose Edit Rates.
- Click the small Gear icon.
- Select Include inactive.
- Switch to On.
