What to do if you don't see your ProAdvisor profile on the Find-a-ProAdvisor website

If you don't see your profile on the find a ProAdvisor website, don't worry. Here are a few things to check so you can publish your profile and potential clients can find you.

Solution 1: Review your profile

Review and update your public ProAdvisor profile. In particular, make sure your firm's physical address is up to date. Check the spelling and Postcode.

Tip: PO boxes may not register correctly in search. We recommend you use a physical address instead.

Solution 2: Check your QuickBooks certification

You must have a current and valid QuickBooks Online certification to publish your ProAdvisor profile. Learn more about specific certification requirements.

Solution 3: Learn more about specific profile requirements

If you reviewed your profile and have a valid certification, you should be able to publish your profile on the Find-a-ProAdvisor website.
