Heritage Bank - Errors connecting to or downloading transactions

Unfortunately, Heritage Bank is no longer a supported bank for QuickBooks Online Banking connections.  Transactions can still be imported via our CSV Import process, but this bank is not available for automatic Bank Feeds downloads.

Some customers may have QBO accounts that are currently connected to Heritage Bank which are now displaying an error message and prompting you to reconnect.  Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to resolve these errors or establish new connections.  Intuit is investigating supporting this bank again in the future and will update users if this becomes available.  In the meantime, be sure to use our CSV import process to bring in your transactions from Heritage Bank, and leave feedback in-product if you wish to see this bank supported again.
