Manage your PayPal standard bank connection outage

You may have noticed an issue on your PayPal bank tile, as an error (101 and 185) is currently interrupting all PayPal standard bank connections. This means that transactions from your PayPal account might not be being imported into QuickBooks Online.

While we are actively working with the PayPal team on resolving this issue as soon as possible, we’ve identified 2 workarounds to help you keep your books tidy in the meantime. 

Select the heading that suits you:

If you have a business account with PayPal, you have the option to upgrade your PayPal bank connection through the Accept Card Payments with PayPal App. 

These bank feeds are far more stable and will ensure your bank feeds are restored promptly.

If your PayPal account isn’t a business account, you’ll need to manually upload your transactions for the days that the outage is impacting your account.
