by Intuit•3• Updated 2 months ago

This article will help you to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your QuickBooks Payroll powered by Employment Hero subscription.

Haven't subscribed to QuickBooks Payroll yet? Here's how to make payroll a breeze.

QuickBooks is designed to grow with your business—or scale back when you need it to. If your needs have changed, consider switching to a different plan instead of starting from scratch elsewhere. You’ll keep your data, settings, and account history if you choose to switch plans—making it a simpler alternative to cancellation.

  2. From the QuickBooks Payroll tile, select Upgrade/Downgrade your plan.
Note: You'll see either Upgrade or Downgrade depending on your subscription type.
