If you need fewer features, consider downgrading your plan. This saves you money and you only keep what you need.

Cancel your subscription

When you cancel your subscription:

  • Your payment information will be immediately deleted.
  • All reports and exports will be disabled.
  • Your timesheets and other account information will be preserved and may be accessed again by renewing your subscription.

To cancel, call us at 1800 350 468 (select Option 2) or:

  1. In QuickBooks Time, select your Profile, then Billing and Subscription.
  2. Select Cancel, then select Continue to cancel.
  3. A confirmation email will be sent once the cancellation is complete.
