If your customer is asking you to email an invoice to them again, simply follow the steps below:
How to email an invoice in QuickBooks Online
- Follow this link to complete the steps in product
- Find the invoice you wish to email. Then, in the Action column, select the drop-down arrow and select Send.
- Verify the information is correct and add any additional contacts you wish to receive the Invoice.
- Select Send.
