by Intuit Updated a day ago

Introducing Intuit Accountant Suite to manage your firm, clients, and team all in one AI-powered suite. This platform delivers tools to boost efficiency, streamline operations, and gain new insights so you can grow with confidence.

The primary admin of your QuickBooks Online Accountant has chosen to enroll your firm’s account in Intuit Accountant Suite. If you decide the timing isn't right, your primary admin can switch back to QuickBooks Online Accountant at any time.

Features available include:

  • A new, role-based dashboard with customisable widgets that surface the most important daily insights, tasks, and reminders for each team member. See alerts for disconnected bank feeds and data connection issues so you’ll know you’re working with the most up-to-date data every day.
  • Personalised recommendations of the right Intuit solutions for your clients based on their behaviour and needs.
  • Fast client service delivery, with a responsive experience that loads quickly.
  • Access to the new Books Close beta and Client Insights beta features. Books Close beta is available at no extra cost during the beta program. Starting January 2026, when it's generally available, there will be a cost to keep using Books Close. You can access advanced features, including Client Insights, in Intuit Accountant Suite Accelerate, available at no cost during the beta program. There will be a cost for continued use once it's generally available in January 2026.
