Test drive QuickBooks Online
by Intuit•3• Updated 3 weeks ago
Are you a business owner interested in exploring what QuickBooks Online has to offer? Or do you already have QuickBooks Online and want to try something new?
Try QuickBooks Online’s sample company demo. It's a great way to test features and options you might not feel comfortable trying in your own QuickBooks Online account. The demo doesn’t save any changes you make, so go ahead and experiment.
Note: For countries that offer multiple versions of QuickBooks Online, it's a QuickBooks Online Plus account.
Prerequisites
To test out QuickBooks Online, sign out of your Intuit Account or open the link in an incognito window. Otherwise, you will be prompted to log into your own account.
Available QuickBooks test drives
Go to these links to test out QuickBooks in our “Long for Success -- Event Planning" demo company.
Note: Smart Reporting is turned off in the current QuickBooks Online Advanced test drive.

Security protections during your QuickBooks Online test drive
To help ensure your security during test drives, we don't let you connect this test company to your bank. If you try to connect your bank account, you'll get the error message: "Something isn't working. An error occurred while validating the credentials. Please try again."
If you need to test online banking, use either an active or trial QuickBooks Online account.
