Print a customer or supplier register in QuickBooks Online

To print the Customer or Supplier register, create and customise a report from the Customer or Supplier list.
Balance detail report
If you like to see all transactions of a customer or supplier, run a Transaction Detail by customer (payee) or supplier report. Running Balance Detail report for a customer or supplier that has 0 balance will give you a report with no data.
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company file.
- Go to Reports (Take me there).
- Enter Balance detail in the search bar, then choose Customer or Supplier Balance Detail.
- Select the Printer icon at the top of the report.
Transaction detail report
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company file.
- Go to Reports (Take me there).
- Enter Transaction detail in the search bar, then choose Transaction Detail by Account.
- Select Customise in the upper right.
- Select General, then choose your preferred date from the Report period dropdown.
- Select Rows/Columns, then choose Customer or Supplier.
- Choose Filter.
- Select customer or supplier, then from the dropdown choose the person that you want to have the report.
- Select Run report on the bottom right.
- Choose the Printer icon at the top of the report.
