QuickBooks Online Plus and QuickBooks Online Advanced has a number of reports that will help you with your purchase orders.
To run a purchase order report:
- Go to Reports
and select Standard reports (Take me there). - From the Reports page, go to the Expenses and Suppliers section.
- Select any of the following reports to run or customise them:
- Open Purchase Order List
- Open Purchase Order Detail
Now you're able to run purchase order reports.
