We’re working to fix issues with BAS lodgement
We’re currently experiencing issues connecting to ATO online services, and we’re working to get this fixed as soon as possible.
What this means for you
Some customers are unable to electronically lodge their BAS with the ATO from within QuickBooks.
What you can do
- You can mark your BAS as Lodged in QuickBooks, and then lodge it directly with the ATO.
- You can wait until we resolve this issue and then lodge your BAS through QuickBooks Online.
