Learn how to import contacts from an iPhone or iPad into the QuickBooks Online app.
There's no need to add customers manually into the QuickBooks Online app if they're already in your device’s contact list. In this article, we'll show you how to easily import them into the app.
To import customers to the QuickBooks Online app from your iPhone or iPad, follow these steps:
- From the Menu ☰, select Customers.
- Select More Options ⋮, then select Import Customers.
- Choose who you want to add from your contacts. You'll see a tick next to each person or company you select.
- Select Add.
- Select OK when you see the Import Complete message.
