When a customer calls, you'll see the QuickBooks Online icon in the notifications bar at the top of your screen.
- Pull the notification bar down to see who's calling you.
- Select the QuickBooks Online icon to open the Customer Details page (where you can call, text, or email your customer).
- If a customer calls while you're using the QuickBooks Online app, you can go to Home, then select Activity, and then select the notification to see its details.
This feature is turned on by default so you won't miss an important call. To turn it off, go to Settings in the QuickBooks Online app, then tap Call-In Notifications to turn it off.
