Following customer feedback and internal development, we’re making some exciting changes that will improve the invoicing and quoting experience in QuickBooks Online, helping you get paid faster.
From around mid April onwards, some customers will move to a new Invoicing view which will allow you to:
- Customize invoices and quotes instantly
- Preview invoices as PDFs or emails
- Get alerts for quote acceptance and invoice payments
- Track and manage invoices and quotes in one place
Don't worry, you and your clients can still use the old invoicing layout in QuickBooks for the time being.
We are slowly rolling this out, starting with Simple Start and Essentials customers. Read more in our Self Help Article.
