Approx 3 weeks ago date function on app changed after update. When I click date section on new invoice it centres page down & I need to scroll up to display the dates why

It also affects the dates in invoices of some Invoice items but not all of them. I have a iPhone 7

Let's resolve the error that you've encountered with your invoices mobile app, @adfab

 

This unexpected behaviour could be a result of a build-up of cache in your application. To fix this issue, you can reset the app to its default state by selecting the Clear Data option in the Storage section of your mobile phone.

 

For IOS:

 

  1. Open Settings swipe down and find your QuickBooks Online app.
  2. Swipe down again and select Clear History and Website Data, and click it once again to confirm.

When you receive payments from customers, you can record them in the QuickBooks Online mobile app. To do so, simply receive an invoice payment using the QuickBooks Online mobile app.

I tried the method that you suggested but it did nothing. The QB App I am using is downloaded from the Apple store so it must be an issue with the app, as it isn’t related to safari. Plus it only started happening after I downloaded an update. Is there a way QB can look into this issue?

I totally understand how frustrating it can be when you're navigating through a program, and you encounter display issues. It can definitely ruin your experience and make it difficult to get things done. But don't worry, I have another solution that help you resolve the issue. 

 

Aside from clearing the data, let's uninstall and reinstall your QuickBooks Online. This can be done to resolve any issues or errors you may be experiencing with the software. Reinstalling QuickBooks Online can help ensure that you have the latest software version and that any corrupted files or settings are reset. 

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Go on the App, and select QuickBooks Online. 
  2. Then Uninstall it.
