Can i add a field that automatically adds credit card charge to customer invoices? for example total of invoice plus square charge or credit card charge of 2.25% total?

I've got your back, @kevin-tadman. I'll walk you through the process of adding a credit card charge to the customer invoices.

Currently, we can't automatically add this field to your transaction. However, you can do this by creating a service item and manually adding it as a line item to their invoice. This way, it can help you track the standard fee with a detailed description. 

Here's how:

1. Go to Settings, then choose Products and Services.
2. Click on New, then select Service.
3. Enter the name of your service item. (Example CC Fee)
4. Fill out the rest of the fields.
5. Once done, click Save and Close.

Once done, you're ready to add it to an existing invoice. I'll show you how: 

1. Create a new or open the customer's invoice from the Invoice page.
2. In the Product/Service dropdown, select the fee item you created.
3. In the Message on Invoice section, you can add a note about the fee.
4. Click Save and send or Save and close.

Currently, there's no direct option to automatically add cash price and credit price in the QuickBooks Online (QBO) invoice. I see how this field would be helpful on your end.

As a workaround, I agree with what my colleague suggested to add it in the Products & services and manually select when creating an invoice.

In the meantime, I recommend submitting direct feedback to our Product Development Team . They might add this to our future product updates. Here's how:

1. Select Settings, then Feedback.
2. Enter your comments or product suggestions. Then select Next to submit feedback.
