Currently, we can't automatically add this field to your transaction. However, you can do this by creating a service item and manually adding it as a line item to their invoice. This way, it can help you track the standard fee with a detailed description.

The need to automatically have two prices "cash price" and "credit price" on invoices is now the law in NY. Please see this article. How do we do this? Thanks

Currently, there's no direct option to automatically add cash price and credit price in the QuickBooks Online (QBO) invoice. I see how this field would be helpful on your end.
As a workaround, I agree with what my colleague suggested to add it in the Products & services and manually select when creating an invoice.
In the meantime, I recommend submitting direct feedback to our Product Development Team . They might add this to our future product updates. Here's how:

Thank you for your feedback. Work around would require me to know how the customer would like to pay so that is an issue. Hopefully my feedback submission I just did helps. I would think the feedback section is blowing up with these requests since NYS just made the mandate
