Can i get my subscription invoices emailed to me

Thanks for posting in the Community! Subscription invoices in QuickBooks Online are automatically sent to Primary Admin users every month or you may access it by following these steps: 

1. Select the Gear icon, then select Account and settings.
2. Select the Billing and subscription tab.
3. In View payment history, you'll find your entire billing history, downloadable in PDF format since 1 January 2018.

Further more, you may contact our support team to have your account verified and to email the subscription invoices to you.

Yes that’s all fine, but can I get them emailed to me once they’re generated.

Yes, subscription invoices generated every month are automatically sent to Primary Admin users on file. You can also check on your Manage Users settings if you're listed as the Primary Admin user on file. If you require a copy of your past invoices, you can either access it in Billing and Subscription page or contact our support team.
