I'll be providing alternatives so you can seamlessly import your invoices into QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Currently, we don't have a direct way of achieving your goal. Thus, Invoice2go and QBO integration aren't supported yet.
For now, you'll want to export your data from Invoice2go manually, then use a third-party importer tool to import them into QBO. I'll show you how to look for one. Here's how:
Moreover, you can also reach out to the Invoice2go Customer Support Team if you want further guidance with the process. It allows them to give you more tips.
Once settled, feel free to visit and read this guide to learn more about managing your invoices: Create invoices in QuickBooks Online.
Also, here's an article that contains a detailed step-by-step process of accounting for your customer's payments: Record invoice payments in QuickBooks Online.
This thread is still open for replies if you still have queries about your payroll account. We're here to help. Keep safe always.
We have worked with Invoice2go for many years to support importing data into QuickBooks desktop and more recently with QuickBooks Online. You can use the report list in Invoice2go to select the Sales By Date then choose the option for CSV file to export the report. Once you have that you can use Axis Online to map and import directly into your QuickBooks Online company file.
There is a free trial so you can test with your own data. Hope that gives you another option.
