You can import many types of data into QuickBooks Online, but the process may different depending on the type of data being imported.
If your goal is to import an Invoice Template, then this guide may help. This will allow you to use a design a Word document, import it, and then map it within the system. That way, you can have your invoices designed exactly in the way you wish. When following this process, there is a sample template on the import page which is very useful in designing your invoice style.
Alternatively, if you had a number of actual sales invoices that you wished to import all at once, then this guide may assist with that. It will show you how to format an Excel document to import the invoices in bulk. This way, you can import a number of invoices rather than having to import each one individually.
