At this time, we haven't received any reports from other users about customers being unable to open invoices from their email. Does your customer have an error message when trying to view or open the invoice?
In the meantime, I suggest to advise your customer to access the invoice received via a private or incognito window to check if this is a browser-related issue.

If it works, go back to your default browser and clear your browser’s cache. It is a good idea to clear cache, to remove the temporary internet files and to help the application function properly. Please consider using different browser too.
On the other hand, you may try to create a dummy invoice and sent it to your personal email to see if you have any issue.
