Customizing my invoice I select the option Add EFT details, but it redirects to me the Content section of invoice customising. How am I supposed to add payment details?

You can add the EFT payment details to your invoices by adding custom fields, headers, or footers to the invoice.

Here’s how to add the fields.

1. Go to Settings ⚙, then select Custom form styles.
2. Locate the Standard style and select Edit on the right-hand side of the column.
3. On the style page, you can select a new style or select Next to stay with the one you have.
4. Select Footer and add a custom message with the banking details or add the banking details in as a footer, click Save.

Please know that the changes will only apply to newly created invoices after the invoice customization was applied. You can also create your own invoice template in Word. For more information, see the article: How to Import Template Styles from Word.

Now, you can create an invoice and let the customer pay it online. Then, record the payment once you receive it in QuickBooks Online.
