Since Integromat is a third-party application, it would be best to reach out to their specialists. They can check why the file is corrupted and fix it for you. This way, you can download the PDF copy of the invoice and email it.

Thanks Sophia. I have already approached them and they said the issue is with Quickbooks and the API. I don't want to get stuck in the middle with this.
I can create an invoice OK but cannot download the correct file data. How can you contact Integromat or look at what is happening please?
