Could you share what the error message says? In cases like this, QuickBooks usually sends you an email explaining why a document was rejected.
If your email isn’t registered with QuickBooks, you might receive a message saying, "Your email isn't setup for receipt and bill forwarding. Contact your QuickBooks admin to help you set this up.
Also, make sure your file meets these requirements:
- The file type should be one of these: PDF, JPEG, JPG, GIF, or PNG.
- Each image should contain only one document.
- Email the file to your custom QuickBooks email address (e.g., @qbodocs.com).
- File size should be between 46KB and 20MB.
