Hi there, jkmacleantranspo,

QuickBooks Online (QBO) lets you upload a logo and customize it to your sales forms. You can change the size (small, medium, or large) but not the height and width.

The logo should be:

  • a .gif, .bmp, .png, .jpg, .jpe, or .jpeg file
  • smaller than 10 MB
  • 24-bits or less in bit depth (or colour depth)
  • square-shaped, since rectangles don’t work
  • using the standard RGB colour space.

If the logo is CMKY-formatted, convert it into an RGB image using tools (such as Adobe Photoshop) before you upload it to QBO.

To customize the logo:

  1. Go to the Gear icon on the toolbar.
  2. Under Your Company, select Custom Form Styles.
  3. Find the template you want to edit, then select Edit under the Action column.
  4. Go to the Design tab, then select Make logo edits.
  5. Choose Show logo, then change the size and placement as you desire.
  6. Hit Done.

You can also refer to the Add, customise, or remove logos on sales forms article for more details. It lets you add, customise, and remove logos in QBO.
