How can I view the activity log on an invoice

A data file for a client does not show the activity log on a customer invoice - this is a very useful feature - How can I get this working for the client?

How can I view the activity log on an invoice

Hi JMBN, 

 

An alternative way to see the audit log of a particular invoice. When the invoice is open please you can:

 

  1. Select More, down the bottom 
  2. Select Audit History

 

This will give you an outline of all the changes and activity the invoice has gone through including the user who authorized it.
