How can you automatically remove once-off discounts from recurring invoices once the invoice has been sent?

I can share some information about recurring transactions work, mrjay.

 

Unfortunately, we're unable to automatically remove the discount from the recurring invoice template. You'll have to manually edit the template to remove the discount. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then choose Recurring transactions.
  2. Find the recurring invoice template.
  3. Click Edit from the Action column.
  4. Remove the discount rate or discount item of the invoice.
  5. When you're done, select Save template.
