Are you referring to the online delivery look of your invoice? If so, you can check the Online delivery setting in your QuickBooks Online account. Let me guide you how:
Then, you can attempt to send a sample invoice to your email to see what the online delivery looks like. Keep editing the settings if you want to change how your sales form looks when emailed to your customers.

Thanks for the reply, however it is not what i was referring too,
The Invoice is fine, its the covering letter that gets sent with the invoice that has the wrong
bank account details on it. I have changed all bank details in settings and it still has the wrong one
on the covering letter.
The details on the invoice are correct.

If in the event you need to make changes for an individual customer you will have to manually edit the message during the invoice creation page. You can check this article for your reference: How to set up or change customer messages.
