Hi usergarry,

 

Thanks for posting in the Community!

 

Are you referring to the online delivery look of your invoice? If so, you can check the Online delivery setting in your QuickBooks Online account. Let me guide you how:

 

  1. Click on the Settings Icon at the upper right corner.
  2. Click on Account and Settings.
  3. Click on Sales tab.
  4. Locate and click the pencil icon for Online delivery.
  5. Under Email options for all sales forms, edit the current selection made.
  6. Click on Save.

 

Then, you can attempt to send a sample invoice to your email to see what the online delivery looks like. Keep editing the settings if you want to change how your sales form looks when emailed to your customers.

Hi there, 

Thanks for the reply, however it is not what i was referring too, 

The Invoice is fine, its the covering letter that gets sent with the invoice that has the wrong

bank account details on it. I have changed all bank details in settings and it still has the wrong one

on the covering letter.

The details on the invoice are correct.

Thanks for getting back to this thread and adding a clarification. 

 

I'd be glad to share with you the steps on how to correct the bank details in your emailed invoices. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Settings and select Custom form styles
  2. Under the Design section, click Add your EFT details.
  3. In the Your payment details section, check your bank details and make sure everything is correct.
  4. Click Done.

 

If in the event you need to make changes for an individual customer you will have to manually edit the message during the invoice creation page. You can check this article for your reference: How to set up or change customer messages.
