The option to add a second page to an invoice in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is currently unavailable. You can use the Message on invoice field as a workaround.
However, it has a limit of 1000 characters. If it's beyond that, you can add the terms and conditions as an attachment.

As of now, the option to automatically add an attachments in the invoice is unavailable. You're only allowed to add an attachment manually or every time you create an invoice. If you want this feature to add on a future updates, you send feedback to our product developer. Let me guide you with a steps.
