How do you add a second page to the invoice so you can add terms and conditions

Welcome to the Community, lightningelectri.

The option to add a second page to an invoice in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is currently unavailable. You can use the Message on invoice field as a workaround.

However, it has a limit of 1000 characters. If it's beyond that, you can add the terms and conditions as an attachment.

Here's how:

  1. Open the invoice, click Attachments (clip icon) at the bottom left. 19.PNG
  2. Browse and select the document you want to attach, then select Open.

For additional information, consider checking out this article: Attachments in QuickBooks Online.

Please let me know if you have any other issues or concerns, and I'll get back to you as soon as possible. Cheers!
