1. Are you using QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Self-Employed?

2. Are you using it on your mobile phone (Android or iPhone) or laptop (Mac or PC)? 

3. Are you connected to a mobile network or WiFi

4. Did you get any error when attempting to send invoices

Yes receiving this error on the dashboard: "We found email errors for sales transactions. View the errors"

Thank you for getting back to us on this. 

 

If you click on View the errors, can you see why they were not sent? It'd also be good to double-check if your company email is entered in Accounts and settings.

The error tells me I attempted to send the invoice yesterday but it was today that I am trying to send. Also it says to check the email address. I have done this and they are all correct. Yes my company email is enetered into accounts and settings.

Thank you so much for the additional information. Based on what you described, there might be a chance that your customer(s) might have a block for emails from QuickBooks Online hence your invoice emails are "Undeliverable". 

 

You can test this out by temporarily changing one of your client's email to yours and send an invoice to see if you get the same error. For more information on this topic, please visit the link below:

Reset email - Check

Clear and renter email - Check

Tried using another browser. 

 

as far as configuring my server - I have no idea how to do that. 

 

I don't understand what has changed. All of a sudden I cant send invoices.

Some info that might be helpful. I am able to send pay slips to employees. They are being received. Just no luck with the invoices yet.

Payslips and invoices are coming from different servers. It appears that it is the invoice email that needs to be unblocked by your and your clients' email inbox. 

 

Again, I would encourage you to contact our support team for further troubleshooting and resolution.
