Hi user86876,

 

There is an option to turn this on or off based on your personal preference.

 

1. Go to Settings (cogwheel) 

2. Select Custom Form Styles

3. Select Standard

4. Select the Payments tab

5. You will see there a box titled Payments with PayPal, you are able to tick or untick it and this will determine whether your customer see's this button or not

 

This should solve your issue, let us know if it doesn't.

Hi Kristian,

It is currently unticked but there is still a “Review and Pay” button that appears on the email and on the bottom of the invoice.

AUD 300.00

Review and pay

Powered by QuickBooks

 

If you click the button, it takes you to this:

BALANCE DUE A$300.00

Contact {company} if you're not sure how to pay this invoice.

 

It is confusing our customers as to how to pay.

Any other ideas?

OK, you might need to try and disconnect the PayPal application all together.

 

Use the following article to help you out if you're not familiar on how to do this -

After disconnecting the PayPal app I would recommend signing out and signing back in the refresh the system and see if it still comes up.

I don't have anything in My Apps.  I haven't got the Paypal App.
