I want a service invoice with the billing address and the service address in the header. Should be basic but no can do?

I can definitely provide you with the steps on how to show the billing and shipping address in the header of a service invoice in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

You'll want to customise your sales forms to include the billing and shipping addresses in the header potion of the invoice. Here's how:

1. Go to Settings ⚙ and then select Custom form styles.
2. Click the New style button, then select Invoices.
   
3. Choose the Content tab.
4. Select the header on the sample form to start editing that section.
   
5. Scroll down until the Display section, then tick the Shipping and Billing address fields.
   
6. Make any other necessary changes.
7. Tap on Done to save it.

After that, please make sure to select the created form style when creating your service invoices.

I want to send an invoice to a billing address that the denotes the property 

where I performed the work. Surely this must be possible.

As of the moment, there isn't an integrated way to change the header of an invoice to show the billing address of a property for service invoices in QBO. For now, let's consider following the suggestions discussed by my colleague above to enter the billing address and inform your customers about the info

While the option is not yet available, I recommend letting our product developers know about this by sending a request via feedback. I'll show you how.

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Under Profile, select Feedback.
3. Describe how an option to enter a separate billing address aside from the existing shipping address field
4. Select Next.
5. Click Skip and send message.
