Is the add photo option in your expenses working for you? I can add a photo, it looks like it is there until you open it then it brings up a corrupt file message.

Hi Matt,

The option to attach photos or other files to expenses is working well right now. You may have a bunch of cached files. They load the pages you revisit faster, but when they make your cache memory full, you may experience random issues or errors. Let's work together to fix this issue.

Please sign in to QuickBooks using a private browser. This step disables your browser extensions and stops the cache from saving your browsing history.

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • MS Edge and Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

If you won't see a message about a corrupt file when opening an attachment, you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. If the same message appears, it's either you really have a corrupted file or there was an issue when you attached it. Try re-attaching the file while you're in a private browser. Or, try signing in using a different browser to see if this only happens to the one you use.

If nothing really works, you'll want to contact our QuickBooks Care Team. That way, they can use a screen-sharing tool to investigate this further.

I'm just a comment away if you need more help with your attachment. I'll keep an eye on your post, so I won't miss your response. Take care!
