Hi there, @mark125.
You can download the QuickBooks Online mobile app to access your account and bring up the invoices in your android device.
Here's how:
Go to QuickBooks Mobile App or open Google Play on your device.
You may be asked to enter a one-time code to confirm your identity. Once confirmed, you can continue into your account.
For additional reference, I've attached an article you can use to record a customer payment in the app: Receive an invoice payment using the QuickBooks Online app.
Meanwhile, are you getting any error messages when accessing or creating an invoice in the browser? This way, we can check with our engineers if there any reported issues similar to yours.

What did you mean with "desktop version"? QB Desktop (i.e US, UK, CA) or QB Online Desktop app?
I have a Quickbooks Online account which I usually access from the mobile app, but I want to start using bundles to make invoicing onsite easier, unfortunately the app does not support bundles.
My next idea was to access my account using Chrome rather than the app, but when I do it doesn't display correctly and is near impossible to use.
Hi mark125,
It may be easier to view QuickBooks in landscape mode while on the mobile Chrome browser. This reduces the amount of display glitches that come with using the QuickBooks Online web version in the mobile.
Other than that, the only ways to access QuickBooks Online on the mobile is through the app or the browser.

Is the phone browser version the same as computer?

Hey Charies, thank you for your reply. I am currently starting up a mobile business repair service and I just wanted to know how well Quickbooks online mobile app holds up for full time use. Are there any features unavailable in the app version? I am writing this before reading the FAQ's so feel free to redirect me if the information is all there. Thank you for your time!

Are you using QB Online or QB Desktop? You can run the QB Desktop program on the browser of your mobile device with third-party solutions.
Hello and thank you for the reply. I have yet to purchase the program but I am opening a mobile auto repair business and decided to go with quickbooks online. Unless someone would recommend otherwise? I would need full access of the program through the app as I would mostly be using it on the go through my android.
I appreciate your prompt response, @Richiesmalls.
I'm here to share some insight into how the QuickBooks application works.

If you do not have an accounting background or are unfamiliar with desktop-based accounting programs, I would recommend QB Online for your business. Consider to start with QBO Plus to manage your spare parts. You may need 3rd party apps to integrate with QBO later if required.
