I can share some information that can help you with adding a pay now button to your customers' invoices, @standfieldhortic.

You can check for a third-party app that can work well with QuickBooks Online (QBO) Australia that lets you add a Pay Now button to your invoices. You can follow the steps below.

Here's how:

  1. Go to this link: QuickBooks Apps. Set your country to Australia
  2. Proceed to the Find apps tab and select the Browse category dropdown menu to check out different apps.
  3. Then, make sure to review the key benefits and FAQs.
  4. Once done, click the Get app now button.

Here's an article that tells you more about finding, adding, and managing apps in QBO: Install and use apps.

After creating an invoice and receiving payments from your customers, refer to this article on how to record them in your account: Record invoice payments in QuickBooks Online

@standfieldhortic

If you are running a service company, you can utilize a proposal management app to integrate with QBO and accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover (Domestic), JCB, UnionPay, and Direct Debit.

Otherwise, you can utilize a free invoicing app to accept Stripe and integrate it with QBO.
