can someone help me on invoice. company logo is not coming up on new invoice

Hello, @sukhbirsingh1. I can definitely help you show your company logo on your new invoices with easy steps.

 

One reason your company logo is not showing on your new invoices is that you have multiple or different company logos. Please ensure that you select the one as your primary logo to reflect it on your invoice.

 

Here are the easy steps to follow:

 

  1. Head to the Invoice menu on the left side of your screen. 
  2. Go to the View/Edit option on your invoice. 
  3. Click the Pencil icon or go to the Customize, then the Design section to edit the logo. 
  4. Click the More options (:) and select Use as primary to reflect it in your invoice.

 

If the company logo is already used as primary and still won't display in your invoice, we can try refreshing your web browser to clear out temporary glitches or sync errors. If it's still the same, let's use different web browsers for a completely fresh version of your invoice from QuickBooks.
