I'm here to help you get past on the problem that you've encountered so you can utilize invoices with no issues.
If you're using QuickBooks Online on the IOS app, we currently have an ongoing issue wherein the shipping address is no longer showing on the invoice. Our engineers are now working to resolve this issue and apply a permanent resolution.
For now, to get your work done, you may access your account in a browser and create the invoice from there. I also suggest contacting our Customer Care Team, so you'll be added to the list of affected users. This way, you'll be notified once any updates are made available.
However, if you're not using the app, I recommend accessing QBO in a private window. This helps us identify if this matter is caused by the stored data on your browser.
If the shipping address is now displaying, you'll need to clear the cache of your regular browser. Doing this removes the corrupted data, which often leads to unexpected behavior in the system.
If taking this doesn't make a difference, you may check the Audit Log of your account. This can help us determine if the invoice was modified and who made the changes.
To utilize the Audit Log, you'll need to sign in as an admin. Then follow the steps below to see the happenings on your account:
- Click on the Gear icon at the top.
- Select on Audit Log.
- Tick on Filter.
- Use the fields on the Filter panel to choose the appropriate User, Date, or Events filter to narrow the results.
- Press on Apply.

Once confirmed that there are changes made, you may add the Shipping Address on the template again.
