My Job Site, Job Number and Purchase Order entries no longer transpose to my printed invoice or preview, any ideas why this should suddenly happen?

To begin with, may I ask how you've entered the Job site and the Job number? This way, we can give you the appropriate solution you need. 

 

Moving forward, please ensure to turn on the Show Items table on expense and purchase forms, located at the Expenses in the Accounts and Settings, for the Purchase order to copy the product/service items to a Bill.

 

Also, make sure that you've selected the correct vendor. If you've chosen the right vendor and the Purchase order entries weren't moved, I suggest we perform a basic troubleshooting. 

 

Sometimes, QuickBooks may encounter errors due to accumulated cache. With this, we can try logging in to your QBO account using a private browser, as it ignores websites from using cookies and doesn’t record any history and data:

 

  • Safari: Control + Option + P
  • Google Chrome: Press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Firefox or Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P

 

If this works, I suggest clearing the browser's cache so the system can start fresh. If you get the same result, I recommend switching to a different supported browser.

I sent a reply and when posted a flash screen came up saying "not authenticated" please advise if you received it
