To check if the user's app is already full of app data or cache, have them clear it by refreshing the app. There are two places to clear app data and remove cached data.
Within the app:
In your device Settings:

I have tried suggested solutions & unfortunately have had no success.
Other user sign-ins work on the Ipad, there just appears to be a glitch with this new standard user 'tax rate'. The 'tax rate' is blank in both settings & when trying to generate invoices.
