Quick books integrates with Zapier but what about https://www.integromat.com/en/integrations/quickbooks which is not listed in QBO's App section?

I'll share some insights regarding this, Steam_N_Scrub.

I know how beneficial this is to your business, however, integration for Integromat with QuickBooks Online AU isn't currently supported for this region.

There's a community dedicated to developers and the creation of applications. This site contains resources for software development, as well as the ability to ask fellow developers questions. You can find additional information about this at the following link: Intuit Developer.

You can also reach out to Integromat's developers for other ways to integrate with the QuickBooks Online AU version.

Additionally, you might find the following articles interesting. These will provide you with resources and videos about managing your QuickBooks Online account, income, expenses, inventory, and running reports:

Resource Hub.

QuickBooks Online Video tutorials.

If I can be of help while working in QuickBooks, please let me know. I'm always here to keep helping. Have a good one!

Thank you RoseMarjorieA

So Integromat integrates with QBO in North America but not AU?

What about https://tray.io/connectors/quickbooks-online-integrations ?

I will take a look at Intuit Developer and articles you mentioned.

Thanks again

I'm here to share details about integrating third-party applications to QuickBooks Online (QBO), @Steam_N_Scrub. This way, you'll be able to determine if you can connect the Integromat and tray.io applications to the system and help you manage your business transactions accordingly.

You'll be able to run your business with third-party software that works with QuickBooks. However, the Integromat and tray.io applications aren't currently supported both in North America and Australia regions. With this, I'd recommend contacting the above-mentioned app developers to come up with ways on how they can integrate with QBO.

There are two ways on how to check for supported third-party apps that can integrate with QBO. It's either through the Apps menu and QuickBooks Apps Center (select Australia for your region).

To search for apps through the Apps menu, here's how:

  1. Open your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to the Apps menu.
  3. Select Find Apps.
  4. Use either the Search by name or category field or Browse category button to search for an app.

I've attached a screenshot below that shows the last three steps.

Same as what my colleague mentioned above, I'd also recommend visiting our Intuit Developers page. With this, you'll get advice from other developers on ways in integrating the Integromat and tray.io applications to QBO.

In the meantime, I'm adding this article to further guide you in effectively managing your business using QBO: QuickBooks Resource Centre. It includes topics about small business accounting and finance to name a few.

Please let me know if you have other concerns. I'm just around to help. Take care always.

@Steam_N_Scrub

Afaik, Integromat supports all QBO regions. Utilize the starter plan for free to make sure of it.

As suggested by Rae_M I had a look through the Apps menu but Integromat wasn't listed there. Could it still be supported even if not listed?

We found many apps in the market are not listed. As long as we are able to connect it to QBO, it means company has approved it.
