Your computer saves a lot of browser cache that helps load web pages faster the next time you visit. But over time these temporary internet files gets old and corrupted that leads to browsing issues just like the one you're experiencing.
I suggest that we perform basic troubleshooting steps that'll surely help fix this issues.

Thanks for the reply but this is not the issue. I work in IT and have already performed basic troubleshooting. This is occurring across multiple browsers and PC's. The issue is on Quickbooks end.

Thanks for the reply. Let me join this thread and share some info about reconciliation.
You'll want to check your bank statement. It's our partner when doing bank reconciliation. From there, you can check and verify if these transactions match an entry on the statement. If yes, it should be included in your reconciliation.
