Can I migrate my customer data info easily from an existing accounting software over to QB without manualy entering in each customer?

You can easily import your customer details using a CSV spreadsheet exported from your existing software, Outlook or Gmail contacts; alternatively, you can use MMC Convert to move your data (including customer list) from your existing software to QuickBooks Online. MMC Convert is our data migration supplier who will assist in transitioning your data to QBO and can convert from:

• MYOB Account Right and Account Right Live (.myo and .myox)
• MYOB Essentials
• Xero
• Reckon Accounts and Hosted (.qbb and .qbw)
• Quickbooks Desktop 2014 or later (.qbb and .qbw)

If you only need to migrate some portions of data (e.g Sales Receipt), you may need a 3rd party tool to do so.
