Within QuickBooks our custom form styles do currently have issues wiith rectangular shaped logos as the format is square shaped. Because of the rectangular shape the system minimises it fit within the square. The size of the file is fine, but I can say from experience the shape creates this response and will need instead to have a logo that fits within the square shape.
This is feedback we have heard from other customers as well and we are looking to create more flexible options within our custom form styles in the future. I can make sure to use your experience to also submit this experience to our product team on your behalf. Unfortunately I can't change the shape of my logo because the software I created it on is obsolete and I can't afford to get someone to do it for me.
That would be great if you could add more functionality to the software as my invoice looks quite silly the way it is right now... :-(
Do you any idea how long this upgrade will be?
