I did a invoice and the customer carnt see the description coloum ? how do I fix this?

Hi peter54-

 

I want to clarify, is the customer able to open the attached invoice, and then not able to see the description on the attached invoice? Could you also let me know if the customer is opening the invoice on a mobile device or a computer? Any what browser?

 

Additionally, can you confirm if you are able to see the description when you preview the invoice in QuickBooks.
