Is there some way of seeing if a reminder has been sent for an overdue invoice? I think I sent one but can't be sure & don't want to send another in case I have already.

Hi info234, there should be information below your invoice, that shows when your invoice is last sent.

Hi @farrak0150,

Allow me to provide additional info on what @James_MasterofBooksthatareQuick mentioned above.

You can open the invoice in question, and open its Audit history page. Be advised, you need to log in as a user with full access rights to view this page.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Sales tab.
  2. Select Invoices
  3. Search for the invoice in question, then click to open it.
  4. Tap the More menu at the bottom of the Invoice page.
  5. Choose Audit history.

Further details of this process can be found in this article: How to view transaction changes in the audit history.

On this same topic, you can also take a look at this article: Use the audit log in QuickBooks Online. This page tracks the changes in your books, as well as who made them, and when.
