Is there some way of seeing if a reminder has been sent for an overdue invoice? I think I sent one but can't be sure & don't want to send another in case I have already.

Hi info234, there should be information below your invoice, that shows when your invoice is last sent.

I thought that was the case. I mustn't have pressed the send button properly cos it didn;' appear. Will resend now. Thankyou

That works for resent invoice but not for a reminder.

Hi @farrak0150,

 

Allow me to provide additional info on what @James_MasterofBooksthatareQuick mentioned above. 

 

You can open the invoice in question, and open its Audit history page. Be advised, you need to log in as a user with full access rights to view this page. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Sales tab.
  2. Select Invoices
  3. Search for the invoice in question, then click to open it. 
  4. Tap the More menu at the bottom of the Invoice page.
  5. Choose Audit history.

Where? I cannot see any date sent in the PDF.

I'm here to help you locate the date when the invoice has been sent out.

 

You can look for the specific date sent in the Audit Log. not in the .PDF file. To look for the invoice easily, you can filter the data. I'll show you how to do that:

 

  1. Go to the Settings, select the Audit Log.
  2. Click on the Filter button, choose the details such as the type of a transaction or the date.
  3. Select Apply when done.
  4. Locate the transaction sent and click on the drop-down button of the transaction to see the date when it was sent.
