Projects list only shows two projects, the first two or the last two, when you change the sort order.

The Projects list (no matter how many projects that exist in any status or customer) only shows two projects? BUG?

We've received multiple reports with the Project list issue, douglaswross.

 

I'd like to know more about your concern. Are you using the QBO app? If so, our engineers are working their best to resolve this issue as quickly as they can. I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team to have you listed as one of the affected users. We'll send you any updates via email.

 

Here's how to contact them:

  1. Go to Help (question mark) icon.
  2. Click Contact us.
  3. Enter a brief description of your concern in the What can we help you with? field and click Let's talk.
  4. Choose an option in reaching our support team.

Same when using either the App or the Website.
