Need to send an invoice in a different language? Don't worry. QuickBooks Online multilingual invoicing can help you. Your customers will be happy receiving a translated invoice from you. Here's how.
What is QuickBooks Online multilingual invoicing?
Multilingual invoicing automatically translates the invoice you send to your customers, based on the language you selected. However, custom texts like the email body and products or services aren’t translated. Currently, these are the available languages you can choose from:
- Chinese (Traditional)
- Portuguese (Brazil)
Step 1: Set your customer's language preference
- Go to Sales, then select Customers.
- Select the name of the customer you want to send a translated invoice to.
- Select Edit, then select the Language tab.
- Choose the language you want to translate your invoices to.
- Select Save.
Step 2: Send a translated invoice
After the customer's language preference is set, all the invoice you send to that customer is translated.
