You can use different invoice templates for each invoice, Inspectionprotection.
Let me the steps on how to select a template when creating an invoice.
First, create the other template by following the steps in this article: Customise Invoices, Quotes, And Sales Receipts In QuickBooks Online.
Second, manually select the template while creating the transaction. Here's how:
- Click the + New button and select Invoice.
- Enter the details of the invoice.
- Click Customize at the bottom of the screen, then select the template that you want to use.
- Click Save or Save and close.
